Our vision is very clear; we don’t believe in the word BAME. Our mission is concise, we aim to use the word to symbolise full inclusivity - therefore shaping its overall meaning.

What?

We are a forward-thinking, revolutionary agency with a focus on providing wonderful humans for wonderful campaigns across the world. We specialise in models and actors

When?

The agency was founded by Marcus Flemmings in 2016, organically evolving his previous agency which focused on South Asian models in the UK into a far reaching project.

As of 2021, BAME has expanded its endeavours by launching our acting agency Allied Artists. With focus purely on film, TV and stage artist management.

The Future?

Evolution and growth. Both business and spiritual. BAME Studios, our creative agency, will be launched as of 2023.
